YOO is an international real estate development brand formed by John Hitchcox and Philippe Starck. John Hitchcox, a successful property developer from London who transformed normal lofts into the most desirable locations in the capital. Philippe Starck had made his name as the design provocateur who re-invented the lemon squeezer and re-defined the luxury hotel. When YOO launched in 1999, The Sunday Times Magazine called Hitchcox and Starck a ‘dream team’. Since then they have developed 37 projects in over 23 different countries worldwide. YOO Nordelta will be the second YOO project in South America after YOO Punta Del Este that was 85% sold out after one month from launch.
YOO projects are famous for their design and high luxury and YOO Nordelta will embody just that. The project will overlook a Jack Nicklaus golf course and a lake system that is suitable for sailing kayaking and other water sports. The complex will boast multiple swimming pools, outdoor living areas, a five-star gym, spa, library, cinema, bar, 24-hour security and parking.
