Water The country features commercial-size natural spring water well for irrigation and potable water. A pressurized drip irrigation system, in conjunction with the water reservoir, provides irrigation water to each lot.

Utilities Drip irrigation and potable water are available at each lot. Electricity, septic and propane gas are available on request.
