Uruguay is one of the nine locations chosen by a panel of experts to enjoy the holidays amongst places such as England, Myanmar, The Maya Riviera, Chicago, St. Vincent and the Grenadines in the Caribbean , the Netherlands, the Atlantic Coast of Canada and Orlando in 2012.
