The Recoleta Cemetery in Buneos Aires. Its not too late to enter.

The cemetery was inaugurated in 1872 being the first public cemetery in the city of Buenos Aires and becoming one of the most relevant historical and artistic monuments in the country. The people responsible for its creation was the then Governer Martin Rodiquez and his Ministry Bernandino Riviadavia.
