In an amazing, transformation the slums of this major Latin American city is that they are being urbanised into suburbs. The most recent example is the slum on the banks of the Rio del Plata just south of one of the most expensive suburbs in Buenos Aires, Puerto Madero. The area is called Sur Villa Rodrigo Bueno.
