Buenos Aires has become a ‘bucket list’ destination for the young at heart from all over the world in recent years but the hot spots for visitors and locals alike had not changed much over the past 20 years. However, with the country under a new government, the pulse of the city has increased even more with many new popular spots on offer.  Here are a selection given to me by locals.
