Significant increase in tourists coming to Argentina, mainly from Europe and Brazil

In the first quarter of the year, 839,700 tourists entered Argentina. A number that represented an annual increase of 23.1% whilst Argentines travelling abroad totalled 1,172,400, a fall of 17%, according to the statistics report of International tourism. In March, 267,600 people entered Argentina for tourism, which represents a rise of 23.8%. In the same month, Argentines travelling abroad totalled 387,400, a figure that meant an annual low of 15.1%.
