RESIDENTIAL SALESPERSONS WANTED:
For nearly a decade Argentina has suffered a brain drain caused by better opportunities in surrounding countries such as Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay others further afield.
Now with the positive change of government in Argentina there has been a groundswell of optimism that has not been seen here in living memory. Along with that we are seeing a large increase in the number of buyers both local and foreign looking to invest or relocate. Yes we are hiring salespeople again.
This is what we need right now.
Number: Two Residential Salespersons for the Buenos Aires office.
Location: Capital Federal, Buenos Aires
Position: Residential Real Estate Sales and Marketing
Company: Gateway to South America – Buenos Aires, CUCIBA Licence 5778
Nationality: Open but must have legal residency
1) Passion: Real estate is not a passive career, especially at first. You will not sit around drinking coffee. You need to be a doer, out there interacting with professionals and owners looking at properties. You must enjoy real estate and have a true interest in the industry in order to succeed.
2) Diligence: Good salespeople work hard. They love what they do, so that they enjoy putting in the hours. They do not just sit around expecting real estate deals to fall into their lap.
3) Focus: Good salespeople don’t dabble in real estate, but really throw themselves in. They don’t just consider sales or try selling for a while. They give it their all.
4) Persistence. Savvy and successful real estate brokers persist when obstacles arise and they work to overcome those obstacles by problem solving.
Qualification: Must have good written and verbal skills in English and Spanish. The role of a modern salesperson is to understand how social media marketing works and use it efficiently.
Role: We are looking for experienced Argentine Real Estate sales people who are returning from overseas to help with a rapidly improving residential market.
