Our requirements are:
Proven sales and marketing background; strong business acumen; established contacts and relationships in the market. A desire to go the extra mile to obtain success. An ability to quickly build and maintain effective, working relationships with clients. To be successful in this role you must be sales driven, financially driven, hard-working, have a willingness to learn and have a strong customer service ethic. Last but not least you must have a strong sense of ethics in business dealing. Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is a minimum requirement.
Prospecting is the key to success in real estate. Your ability to utilize existing circles of influence is essential along with your ability to stay in regular contact with your existing client base. Our systems are cloud based which provides our agents with the flexibility of working any location.
An understanding of modern forms of real estate marketing is essential. We use the following tools to communicate with our client base.
Direct mail (we have one the largest focused real estate data bases in the industry for the region)
