Company Description – Southern Cone Real Estate Specialists
We are an independent company specialising in real estate brokerage and marketing advice for clients who wish to invest or sell properties in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay. We specialise in leading-edge marketing systems designed to speed up the traditional selling times of real estate in these locations.
GTSA is a company that relies on the talents of its people to provide quality services to international and local clients. It is all very well having the best marketing and selling tools but without skilled practitioners, it is all for nothing. We are looking for more of these companies or people as partners and brokers, depending on their experience and location.
Individuals best suited for these roles will have:
International relevant work experience in Western and Latin American countries.
Permanent residency in Argentina, Brazil, Chile or Uruguay
A background in Sales, running a business and or Merchant Banking
Aged between 28 yrs and 50 yrs
Can be male or female
Must be very well presented
Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese
Be financially independent.
Our client profile is very wealthy English or Spanish/Portuguese speaking clients who expect high levels of performance, both in written and sales skills. These are usually Family Offices or Funds looking to invest or divest real estate.
Income: Position is commission or profit/loss based – applicants should have an expectation of earning USD 100,000 plus.
