New Accommodation Project is Launched in Mendoza Auberge du Vin – Finca 84

Finca 84 is the newest apartment hotel concept bought to you by Grupo EMR. The groups previous projects Palermo Place in Palermo Hollywood have already gained international recognition as one of the best hotels in Buenos Aires, this is giving owners of the units an out standing return on their investment of 10% and climbing. Owners of the Finca 84 will receive Membership in Tupungato Winelands’ Wine Club and have all of the benefits of ownership of a vineyard. The 2.8-hectare vineyard of Finca 84 is common area owned by all homeowners. Each owner will receive a proportional allocation of wine each year from the vineyards production after expenses. Each owner will be able to create their own private label for their allocation. The project allows owners to place their unit into a short-term rental pool. The property will be managed by EMR Management (a Grupo EMR affiliate) under its P Hotel brand. This provides the owner with the opportunity to earn high income potential while not using the property. Owners of the Finca 84 units will receive full title of the property that is due to be completed in June 2013. Currently there are only 10 units left available in the project.
