It is Iluminado Vinos de la Luz Malbec 2015, from Mendoza. There is a limited production of 3,500 bottles. It was chosen as one of the 50 best wines in the world at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2019.

Iluminados Vinos de la Luz Malbec 2015 was chosen as the best Argentinian wine and one of the best wines in the world.

The prestigious World Wine Awards 2019 of the English magazine Decanter chose this wine, an icon of Bodega Vinos de la Luz, as one of the best 50 wines of the world, being the only Argentinian wine in the coveted list.

Born in Paraje Altamira, Valle de Uco, Province of Mendoza, Iluminado Vinos de La Luz obtained 97 points in the prestigious Decanter World Wine Awards 2019 which allowed them recognition as the best Argentinian wine and one of the 50 best in the world. Also, the contest has awarded them the coveted title of Best in Show, Platinum Medal, a distinction reached by only 50 wines from more than 17,000 samples from 57 countries.

It is 100% Malbec wine, from the historic vineyards of the Altamira site, in the Uco Valley (Mendoza, Argentina), from which 3,500 bottles were produced. The altitude and the proximity to the sun of these vineyards are some of the characteristics that make this wine one of the best in the world. A wine that has been dreamed of and created for longevity and to survive its creators.

The international group Vinos de la Luz has wineries in the most outstanding wine regions of the world: in the Uco Valley, Mendoza Province, Argentina (Callejón del Crimen y Guardián de La Luz) Ribera del Duero, Spain (Valencia, Valcerracín, Cinema) and Montalcino, Italy (Cinema and Poggio La Luz).

Each winery produces an iconic wine called Iluminado Vinos de la Luz under the same philosophy: respect for the land and its fruit and to always ensure great quality of their wines.
