Properties become stale and develop stories around them that may or may not be true preventing a fluid sale process. Vendors need to remember any genuine buyer will ask how long has property been for sale in the market. Any time over a 60 days means it is overpriced, has or has something seriously wrong with it.
The Solution
Investigation of this problem we came up with a logical solution using a customised approach . This resulted in GTSA in 2008 developing and introducing the vendeRAPIDO® selling system. Using this focused sales system we have reduced selling times to weeks instead of the normal extended time of 6 to 48 months or more in the Markets we operate in.
